SEO is charged monthly upfront. No lock-in contracts, if cancelled within the month, service will complete the last day of the said month. Invoices to be paid for SEO campaigns for upcoming months are delivered to the client by Red Search on the agreed billing date before the start of the campaign. Failure of payment for SEO invoices within 14 days will result in upcoming monthly SEO activities being halted until payment is made.
Red Search uses practical standards and the latest recommended practices to try and achieve desired results for their clients. Red Search cannot, however, control the way that search engines adjust their ranking factors, algorithms and guidelines, and any subsequent negative change in ranking cannot be guaranteed or ruled out. Red Search simply tries to adhere to best practices guidelines outlined by major search engines at any given time.
Red Search may suggest timeframes where results may be seen, however cannot guarantee nor are responsible to commit to any timeline in any way. It is simply given as an optimal reference, but we cannot foresee any circumstances that may affect the said results achieved.
If client wishes to cancel an ongoing marketing campaign, a 14-day working notice will be required beforehand.
While we take a backup of the website content and data, Red Search is not responsible for any data corruption. We always recommend that the client also takes their own backup of website content and data.
Red Search will strive to ensure any downtime is kept at an absolute minimum, however during the DNS cutover, there may be a period where downtime may occur. Downtime includes images and internal website links not working correctly until they are updated to reflect the new path (this cannot be completed and tested until after the DNS cutover). Any downtime that occurs will be kept to a minimum, however does not affect the cost and invoicing of the migration.
Web host based email backup is the responsibility of the client, and while Red Search may provide assistance and advice, it is purely for advice purposes only as this is not our area of expertise.
Red Search does an initial evaluation of any hosting environment, however ultimately the responsibility of hosting compatibility (including software versions, scripting versions, mailing version and security) with the client’s website and functionality should be confirmed by the client with the hosting providers’ technical support team prior to the website migration.
Any extra work outside of the proposed scope of project or campaign brief is charged at $100/hour.
For subscription-based digital marketing services, an invoice will be sent out 1~5 working days prior to the end of the campaign.
Payment terms are strictly 14 days from invoice date.
